Campsite Ministries, Inc. originated from a campsite ministry by Rev. Ray Leiphart. It became known as “Campsite Evangelism, Inc”. It was because of his vision of outreach and a burden for lost souls, that Campsite Ministries had its beginning on Easter Sunday, 1968, in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Beginning with two campgrounds, by the grace of God, it has spread to other areas and other states as well as Florida, where the present headquarters is.
Campsite became incorporated as a non-profit religious organization in 1972 and is affiliated with the Association of North American Missions, ANAM. We have been led by the Lord to minister throughout the United States as the Lord leads. Our only limitation is having the people to help our ministry in the fields. We encourage you to please pray with us that, the Lord of the harvest will send laborers for these fields.
Campsite Ministries is managed by a Board of Directors made up of pastors, and laity. They come from various churches in the United States and Canada.
Board of Directors as follows:
National Executive Director: Fermin Espinal
